About the 12-Week Healthy Food and Lifestyle Reset Group


Do you want to reset your eating habits periodically but feel that you would be more successful if you had a support group or accountability? Or maybe you would like some ideas and education for healthier eating? Perhaps you want to eliminate certain foods to discover sensitivities or reset your metabolism or energy levels.

Even if you have a protocol of your choice or from your doctor, this group is for you because it is all about education and support for eating healthier.



This program includes education for healthier whole foods and other lifestyle factors. Weekly we will meet to learn and get support.

Weeks 1-4 begin your reset by incorporating whole healthy foods into your eating pattern. Starting with week 5 we will eliminate sugar and other inflammatory foods of your choice if you haven't already. Weeks 9-11 we will learn about reintroducing certain eliminated foods one at a time but will continue with healthy eating and learning about other healthy lifestyle choices.

How do I join the group?

You will receive information for logging into Zoom before the first date of the program.


Can I purchase coaching more than once?

Absolutely! If want to reset regularly feel free to sign up again. This will be offered twice a year, typically after summer vacation in September and after the holiday season in January.
